Why We Needed Long-Term Travel Insurance: A Story from the Road
Hello fellow travelers! We’re Tanja (47) and Kalle (49), digital nomads from Rovaniemi, Lapland, on a never-ending journey through Europe, Asia and South Africa. As we hop from one exotic locale to another, working remotely for our business, we’ve realized one crucial thing: having the right insurance is absolutely essential (like SafetyWing). Picture this: we’re sipping coffee at a quaint café in Bohol, discussing our latest adventure, when it hits us – we need better travel insurance. Our current plan just wasn’t cutting it. We needed something that covered all our bases: health, travel mishaps, and our beloved work gear.
